July 17th, 2023 marked the graduation ceremony for the second Global Consultant Bootcamp designed for BPM Professionals, this BPM Bootcamp was to help current and aspiring consultants in Business Process Management enhance their careers and secure their desired consulting job. The Bootcamp offered access to global certifications, coaching sessions, practical experience, and expert guidance from BPM consultants, all aimed at elevating participants’ careers in consulting and helping them achieve their professional aspirations in this field.
Participants in the Global Consultant Bootcamp acquired a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge related to Business Process Management through expert guidance from CIP and BPM consultants. The program awarded them certifications in Business Process Management, consulting, and leadership, accredited by CPD-UK. As a result of the Bootcamp, they gained valuable insights into the consulting industry, learned how to secure consulting roles with prestigious Big 4 firms, and completed practical consulting tasks, thereby gaining hands-on experience. Additionally, they obtained project experience to enhance their CV and were given ongoing opportunities to apply for consulting positions at Big 4 firms.
