Global Consultant Bootcamp (GCB) – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Global Consultant Bootcamp (“GCB”, “Program”) is a professional training program designed to equip participants with the tools, frameworks, and knowledge necessary to excel in the consulting field. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Purpose & Disclaimer

  • The GCB is a practical hands-on training and educational program.
  • The Program aims to help participants gain consulting skills, improve professional readiness, and enhance competitiveness in the job market.
  • The GCB is not an employment program, and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment opportunities during or after completion.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses not to complete the Program for any reason.
  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, incomplete modules, or failure to meet Program requirements.
  • Participants are encouraged to review all Program details before enrolling.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Commitment to Progress

To gain the full benefit of the Program, participants agree to:

  • Follow the recommended learning path.
  • Stay on track with deadlines, assignments, and milestones.
  • Actively participate in all relevant workshops, sessions, and exercises.

4.2 Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and require the participant’s commitment.
  • If a participant misses a scheduled coaching session, GCB cannot guarantee that a replacement session will be available, and it will depend on coach availability.
  • If a coach is unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, GCB will take responsibility for rescheduling the session at the earliest possible time.

5. Confidentiality & Use of Materials

  • All Program materials, frameworks, templates, videos, proprietary content, and resources are confidential and for personal use only.
  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose any Program materials for:
    • Commercial use
    • Training others
    • Redistribution on any platform
    • Use in any competing programs or services
  • Any misuse, duplication, or unauthorized sharing of materials may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. Certification Requirements

  • To qualify for the Final Certification, participants must complete the minimum requirements as outlined in the Starter Kit.
  • All required tasks, assignments, and milestones must be completed within the official Program timeline.
  • If a participant does not complete the requirements during the Bootcamp period, they may continue working on their progress after the Program ends, and once all requirements are fulfilled, they will be eligible to receive their certification.

7. Alumni Community Participation

Upon completing the Bootcamp, participants will gain access to the official GCB Alumni Community hosted on platforms such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

  • Continued participation in these groups requires adherence to the Alumni Rules & Regulations.
  • The rules governing alumni conduct, participation, and group usage can be found in the Group Info sections of the respective platforms.
  • Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from alumni groups at the discretion of the Program administrators.

8. Program Modifications

GCB reserves the right to update, modify, or adapt Program content, schedules, or requirements as needed to improve quality and relevance. Participants will be notified of material changes when applicable.

9. Conduct & Professionalism

Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, respect, and integrity throughout the Program. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal without refund.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in the Global Consultant Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
