Session Length
Each coaching session is 45 min-1 hour 
Booking Finality
Once a session is booked, changes cannot be made to the time and date.
Rescheduling (Emergencies Only)
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, you must contact Raneem at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
Cameras On
Try to keep your cameras on throughout the session in order to better engage with your coach 
Punctuality & Late Arrival
Please respect the coaches time and make sure to arrive on time. If participants are more than10 minutes late the session may be considered a no-show and can not be rescheduled.
Confidentiality
All coaching discussions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
