We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with 2-5 years of proven track record in compensation strategies, salary scaling, and grading, Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), experience working on HR systems, and the implementation of 360-degree feedback processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide strategic guidance and operational support to our clients, helping them optimize their HR practices and drive organizational success.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a significant focus on compensation, incentives, and feedback processes.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing salary scale and grading structures.
  • Strong track record of creating and managing LTIPs that align with organizational goals.
  • In-depth understanding of the 360-degree feedback process and its impact on employee development.
  • Experience working on HR systems, with the ability to navigate and leverage technology for HR processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a consultative approach.
