As a Business development specialist, you will be driving the generation of high-quality B2B leads. You will be playing a crucial role in attracting potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately converting leads into qualified opportunities. In the functions you are involved in; your aim will be to help CIP shift to a blue ocean and become a global player in the consulting and RPO markets.

You will be working directly with top management with full authority and empowerment. You will be collaborating with different teams to create value on the short term and long term.

  • 5 years of proven experience in sales in the service industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with either startups, consulting firms or in the B2B field.
  • Strong negotiation and deals closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
